Six top novels to cook to

Ruth Reichl is the bestselling author of the memoirs Garlic and Sapphires, Tender at the Bone, and Comfort Me with Apples and the novel Delicious! She was editor in chief of Gourmet magazine for ten years.

Her new book is Save Me the Plums, which covers her decade at Gourmet.

At The Week magazine Reichl tagged six recent novels she enjoyed listening to while cooking. One title on the list:
